ABOUT ME
Namaste!
While living and working in Kerala, India in 2015,
I met and fell in love with yoga.
Since then I have taken over 300 hours of training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa & Yin / Restorative, all in India.
I am sure that yoga has saved my life at times, and I want to share its magic with others.
I have settled in Cornwall after several years travelling and teaching, and now organise local yoga events and run Pollen - a 'thoughtful snackery' in Truro.
I hope to see you on the mat soon

VINYASA FLOW (YANG)

Breath Based Movement
Syncing body with mind with breath. Yum!
A dynamic style of flow yoga, think moving meditation.
For those that are after some Yang energy, and optional physical challenges when one breath per movement is applied.
This class is 60 minutes long and is suitable for all levels.

Flexibility - Mobility - Meditation
The Yin to your Yang.
Yin is a slow, inward practice that bridges the gap between yoga (asana) and meditation. We hold poses for 2-5 minutes, stressing the connective tissues to strengthen. Improves flexibility, mobility, immunity and circulation.
When paired with a Yang form of movement, you find your equilibrium.
